& Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "m.ph365," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the mph365.club website and associated services, duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the website accessible at mph365.club, including all games, betting markets, account management systems, and payment functionality available to registered users.
• "User," "Player," or "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the m.ph365 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User upon successful completion of the m.ph365 registration process.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the funds held by m.ph365 on behalf of a registered Player in connection with their Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-cashable bonuses credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and m.ph365 internal policy.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Players through their Account settings.

By accessing the m.ph365 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the m.ph365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and m.ph365. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not register for or maintain an Account.

m.ph365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the m.ph365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age prescribed by PAGCOR for participation in online casino-style gambling in the Philippines. m.ph365 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21 without refund of funds where fraud is determined.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where your use of the m.ph365 Platform is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the service is permitted under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of m.ph365 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or voluntarily submitted to m.ph365's own self-exclusion program.
• You must not have had a previous m.ph365 Account terminated for cause including, but not limited to, fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

To access the full functionality of the m.ph365 Platform, you must register for an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration, and to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on m.ph365 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings.

As part of PAGCOR's mandatory Know Your Customer requirements, m.ph365 will request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine Passport (all pages showing personal details)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• PhilSys National Identity Card
• SSS, GSIS, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

m.ph365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. m.ph365 will never request your password via any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone.

You must immediately notify m.ph365 support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. m.ph365 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

m.ph365 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections and applies additional security controls to Account actions involving fund movements. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all Account holders.

m.ph365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Deposits made through GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your Account within 60 seconds of successful transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, consistent with the identity documents on file for your m.ph365 Account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• m.ph365 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside m.ph365's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts entirely separate from m.ph365's operating capital.
• m.ph365 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to deposits of significant value in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
• Deposits made in error must be reported to support immediately. m.ph365 will use reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine errors but does not guarantee recovery of misdirected deposits.

The minimum withdrawal amount on m.ph365 is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name matching your verified KYC identity. m.ph365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and in good standing on your Account. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds. m.ph365 strongly recommends completing KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when winnings arise.

m.ph365 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. These timelines are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be extended during periods of unusual volume or where additional verification is required.

m.ph365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification before processing withdrawals of significant amounts, or where Account activity triggers a review under PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements. This may temporarily delay processing while the review is conducted.

m.ph365 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion description. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General principles applicable to all m.ph365 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified Account in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion description.
• Bonus funds and Real Money funds are tracked separately in your m.ph365 Account. Real Money funds are used first unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• m.ph365 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-account activity, or other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Each promotion has a stated qualification period and expiry date; unused bonus funds after expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
• m.ph365 may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except in relation to offers currently in progress, where reasonable notice will be given.

All bets and wagers placed on the m.ph365 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, as displayed within the Platform at the time of betting. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing any bet.

All game outcomes on m.ph365 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG-based games, and by real dealers using physical equipment for live dealer games. m.ph365 does not manipulate, interfere with, or influence game outcomes.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• m.ph365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or on markets opened in error — and will notify affected Players as soon as practicable.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session that prevents completion of a round or spin, m.ph365 will attempt to restore the session to its pre-failure state where technically possible. Where this is not possible, bets will be returned to the Player's balance.
• For sports betting markets, specific rules governing void conditions, event postponement, early settlement, and in-play betting cancellations are documented in the sportsbook rules section within the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.ph365 Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registration by any person under 21 years of age, or registration using false identity information.
• Operating or maintaining more than one Account on m.ph365, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics without human input.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any purpose that violates Philippine AML laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim welcome bonuses or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other players or m.ph365 staff through Platform communication channels.

m.ph365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players and may be accessed through Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases are applied immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. When the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account from betting activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours). The Account cannot be reactivated until the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined minimum period (not less than 6 months), exclude yourself from all m.ph365 services. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the requested duration and will be registered with PAGCOR's responsible gaming database where required.

All content on the m.ph365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the property of m.ph365 or its third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from m.ph365.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use m.ph365 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that may cause confusion or imply an affiliation or endorsement not authorised by m.ph365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.ph365's total liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m.ph365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of an indirect, special, or consequential nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, even where m.ph365 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

m.ph365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service interruptions, network outages, or technical failures outside m.ph365's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or PAGCOR regulatory interventions.
• Any third-party game provider's software malfunction, provided m.ph365 acts reasonably upon becoming aware of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits m.ph365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

m.ph365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where m.ph365 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• A Player's Account activity is inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour and may indicate fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Closure is required to comply with a PAGCOR instruction, court order, or applicable Philippine law.

Upon Account termination for cause, m.ph365 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned from real money play and not subject to ongoing investigation, m.ph365 will return net deposited funds within 30 business days following the conclusion of any review, to the extent permitted by law.

Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting m.ph365 support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any pending transactions or outstanding bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the m.ph365 Platform, you should first contact m.ph365 customer support to attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure. m.ph365 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a full written response within 15 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through m.ph365's internal procedure, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review under its licensed operator oversight function. Players retain all rights to seek redress through the courts of the Philippines where applicable under law.

The parties agree that the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

m.ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to withdrawal terms, bonus conditions, or eligibility requirements — m.ph365 will provide reasonable notice through the Platform and, where possible, via the registered email address or mobile number on the Player's Account.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the updated Terms document. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at mph365.club/terms-conditions.
